X-Worlds Terms and Conditions
Thank you in advance for your interest in creating an X-Worlds creature. All creatures are special and we need to ensure they are taken care off, and can live in harmony with the X-Worlds Universe. In order to qualify for creature creator, you must accept the following terms and conditions. If you don’t understand these terms, you should review them with your parents. Parents who grant permission for their kids to create an X-Worlds creature, you also need to adhere to these terms, and make sure that your kids do as well.

- X-Worlds.com, this web site, related X-Worlds merchandise and all associated activities (we call all that “x-worlds.com”) is an online service operated by X-Team Pty Ltd (we usually call ourselves “X-Team”).
- Follow the Rules, creature creators!
- These terms and conditions (let’s call them “Terms” for short) apply to all and any use of x-worlds.com and all and any postings, emails and other communications made to or using it or any services run by X-Team (“Submissions”). If you use x-worlds.com, or let your kids use x-worlds.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Parents, you agree that your kids will follow the Terms too. If you -parents or kids – do not accept these Terms, you should not use x-worlds.com, and should not make any Submissions. Creature Creation Rules (“The Rules”) are provided before you are able to submit an idea for a creature. You read these Rules, which are the succinct guiding principles of behavior for creature creators. You must also follow these Rules, to help ensure a safe and positive experience for all on x-worlds.com. The Rules are a part of these Terms, but they are only a part.
- Who Owns the X-Worlds Stuff.
- X-Team owns all materials that appear on this website, including any trademarks, trade names, slogans, logos, designs, graphics, pictures, images, text, content, images or other materials (“X-Team Stuff”), including all copyright, trademark, patent, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights thereto. This extends to the ideas which you submit to X-Worlds. All such rights of X-Team are hereby asserted and reserved, and you may not make any unauthorized use of the Content, including using Content in a way that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, using Content in a commercial manner, or otherwise infringing on X-Team’s rights.
- Using x-worlds.com.
- When you send us an idea for a creature, you understand and agree that the ideas and drawings you submit are used to to inspire a creature provided to you by X-Team, and that X-Team continues to own that material. X-Team does not promise that it will create a creature for every submission. X-Team does not promise that you will always be able to access your creature, or other information on the site. When you use x-worlds.com, you must follow the Rules, including in your Submissions.
